About the Author

Over the years Center Montessori director Janice Mattina has written and published innumerable articles in defense of children as they address and answer parenting questions. In response to many queries for these articles to be shared on a global scale, the Center is proud to present these writings here on this blog and to address new issues parents may have as they arise. We hope not only to assist and educate parents as they raise their children, but also to offer ways parents can learn to do no harm to their children as they navigate through childhood.
